Board of Directors (2012)A nine member Board of Directors is responsible for managing and for establishing the direction and policies of the Association. It is composed of the officers of the Association (President, Past-President, Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer), four representatives among the Deans of the Institutional Members and one representative of the senior administrators in graduate studies of the Institutional Members.
